MB BIM creates fabrication models of precast elements for precast concrete fabricators and precast specialty engineers. These models include all  precast elements, connections, and erection material. From these models, we create erection drawings, erection details, piece tickets, and extract model data to support design, production, shipping, and erection.

A precaster who shares a Revit model brings value to both the design and construction side of projects. The mixed design / fabricate / install process of precast concrete construction opens an opportunity for precasters to embed themselves in projects and provide support to designers and contractors. This support allows designers and Owners to achieve their vision for projects while delivering an efficient structure. Additionally, the higher level of support counters a common criticism of precast concrete construction – that the proprietary nature of the framing and the depth of knowledge required to design precast structures is a drawback to its use. Sharing models on projects enables the precaster to become an active participant in the overall successful delivery of a project.
